Up for bidding is this 1961 Guild T-100. It's all original and in Very Good+ condition. It also has a very rare cherry red finish. The sound ranges from sweet and clear to punchy and gnarly for blues and other higher-volume ventures. You can crank it surprisingly loud before it feeds back due to the hollow body. It has its share of nicks and dings, and it has a moderate amount of checking and finish wear. The area with the most wear is on the back of the neck, as pictured above, but it's totally smooth. The guitar will be shipped in a 1930s Gibson L-10 case. The case is quite worn but plush-lined and structurally sound.

Payment is by Paypal only. Anyone outside of the U.S. or Canada must contact me before bidding. I will consider these requests to bid on an individual basis.

Update: I've recieved a question about whether the saddle is orignal. I have seen a number of other early '60s T-100s with the metal ABR-type saddle, and it's my understanding that Guild did use these types of saddles here and there. That said, it is entirely possible that the saddle/bridge is not original. I'm certain that everything else is.
