Guild X 700 Stuart Archtop Hollowbody Hollow Jazz Guitar Exquisite
1969 (--serial number AI2557--see here-- http://www.guildguitars.com/index.php/support/dating/ ) Made in Hoboken, NJ, USA Guild F-3O NT (natural) Aragon guitar with original case!!!--If you look at the serial number range for this model you'll see 1969 ends at AI2554--this is 3 numbers past that, but since it's only 3 numbers and the label shown here with "Hoboken, USA" was only used through 1969 I'm placing it as 1969. The 2012 Vintage guitar price guide on this model and year=$1800.00--$2100.00 so this one is priced to move! This guitar has been PLAYED! Has nicks, scratches and dings expected for a played guitar its age, spots where finish is worn, wear around pickguard and soundhole and a nick at the top of the headstock. Some fret-wear, again as expected. Truss rod cover replaced with a Guild "Starfire" truss rod cover. Has a couple a couple of not-too-major cracks on the side and it appears that the top center seam may have been repaired at some point. Action measures 1/16" at the 5th fret and 1/8" at the 12th as measured from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string. Again, this guitar does have some wear--I have tried to be honest about any and all flaws and it is priced to move! The original softshell/chipboard case has some wear but is overall in good shape for its age with all latches working and a nice interior--will be well packed well with lots of heavy-duty bubble wrap! A great deal on a Hoboken, USA made Guild F-30! Get your bid in now!!! <P>Payment due within one week of the end of auction. Shipping is 60 dollars via FEDEX with insurance included to the lower 48 states. Local pickup is fine but item must still be paid for within 1 week and picked up within 1 week of payment. Shipping costs on a case-by-case basis for the non-continental US (Alaska HI). I will not ship this item without insurance. My guitars are packed well with multiple layers of heavy duty bubble wrap using boxes purchased from Uline that are designated specifically for guitar packing and shipping. For purchases paid for with Paypal I will take the item to my shippers within 2 business days of payment. EBAY now requires that sellers specify a handling time. I DO take my items to my shippers within 2 business of receiving payment but the item does not always ship out the same day I drop it off as they are very busy and there can be complications that delay shipping. For payments made with e-check will wait for payment to consolidate in bank before shipping. Please bid only if you are certain you will be able to pay for this item and do so within 1 week. Local pickup is OK but item must be paid for within one week and picked up within 1 weeks of payment unless other arrangements are made prior to end of listing. I am not offering this item on a trial basis. However, if the item is found not to be as described item may be returned by buyer if contacted within 3 days of receiving item. Refund will be given after item has been returned and found to be in the same condition as when shipped to buyer. Buyer responsible for return shipping. No shipping to P.O. or S.P.O. boxes. International Fedex shipping rates for fully insured/signature required shipping are 100 dollars to Canada, 300 dollars to Europe/UK (no shipping to Russia---too expensive via Fedex--except for USPS as shown below) and 500 dollars to Japan/Australia (no shipping to Asia except for Japan and no shipping to Oceania except for Australia) My primary international shipping on this item is done through FEDEX, which usually gets the item to its destination in less than a week. However, due to popular demand I am now also offering shipping via USPS (US Postal Service) shipping for 90 dollars to Canada, 150 dollars to Britain, Europe and Japan. However, if you choose this option please keep in mind that I can only insure the guitar for the maximum allowed by USPS (in some countries only 650 dollars) so that is the max I can refund for USPS claims. Also, keep in mind that whereas Fedex claims are processed fairly quickly allowing fairly speedy refunds should a problem occur, I am told that claims are more difficult with USPS and can take up to a year or more to process if they are approved. Thus, I will only be able to refund any USPS claims when and if they are approved through USPS and only up to the maximum amount I am allowed to insure to your country so please keep this in mind if you choose the USPS option. I also will only ship items declared for the full value the item sells for, so the buyer will be responsible for paying any customs/duty fees for the full sale value. Again this is the only way I will ship, so please do not ask me to do otherwise. Feel free to ask questions about the item (OTHER than asking me to use different shipping methods!) and I will answer them to the best of my ability. I will ONLY ship this item signature required!!!
