COOL GUILD BLUESBIRD

For your consideration today is a very cool Guild Bluesbird. This one has a very nice flamey natural top and comes with the original humbucking pickups(not P-90's), and original hardshell case. This thing plays and sounds great. It will give any Les Paul a run for it's money. I have been told by noted Guild Historian Hans Moust it was made in 2002 in California under Fender ownership but the serial number is CM 000167 so you can research it yourself. Cosmetically, this one is very clean except for a dent on the top(see photo) and another scratch on the top(see photo). Both imperfections are in the area where your arm comes over the guitar. From 5 feet away you won't see them. Up close, in the glare of the light, that is where they become evident. I even had to get the glare to show the size of the dent. The tuners seem to have been changed to Gotoh tuners(like that when I got it so I don't have the originals but no extra holes were drilled). So.... if you want mint condition, THIS ONE IS NOT FOR YOU!!. Now if you want one to play, this is it! . Weighs in at a very comfortable 8 lbs 1.6 ounces on my digital scale. The neck is straight, the frets are in excellent condition, and she plays great with smooth low action. Comes with the original hardshell case.
