Guild CO-1 Contemporary Vintage F-30 Acoustic Guitar
Made in USA, Includes Guild Hardshell Case!
The CO-1 model is one of Guild's Contemporary series guitars. It features a Vintage F-30 Orchestra guitar body with a natural finish, patented Guild Neck Block System, solid western red cedar top, solid mahogany back and sides, Madagascar rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, mahogany neck, ivoroid binding, lacquer finish, pearl logo and abalone dot inlays.
This guitar has never been played! It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a few light finish scratches--one on the side of the body, one on the neck heel, and one on the back of the body. I have included a close-up photo of each blemish. The reflections of the lights on the finish may look like blemishes or finish inconsistencies, but the actual blemishes are extremely subtle. Otherwise, this guitar is in flawless condition!
The Guild TKL hardshell case is included and in perfect condition! This guitar is truly one of the best sounding Guild Contemporary series I have played. I like the series as a whole but this one is special. I hand-pick every guitar that I sell and this is one of the ones that really caught my ear. The tone is amazingly deep for this body style, yet well-balanced and retains beautiful clarity through the mids and highs.
This guitar was built in Guild's Tacoma, WA factory. Guild has discontinued their Contemporary Series and this guitar will soon be hard to find. You will not find it at a better price than this!
