This is a beautiful, vintage Guild F112 twelve string guitar. Vintage 1973 in excellent condition. Model number 79031. Comes with the original hard shell case in a bit worn, but excellent condition as well.
I love this guitar! It has very low action with no string buzzing and doesn't have a visible appearance of any type of repair work being done on it (confirmed by my local luthier). No outward signs of a neck reset. This guitar has a very light, "sweet sound" and would be perfect for the singer/songwriter or for strumming. If you like to really "get into" fingerstyle guitar, it may not project the timbre you want (this is why I have decided to sell it). But if you write or perform songs, the action on this is soooo nice! The smaller body is also a plus if you, like me, find the "jumbo" body a little overwhelming. I have attached the maximum number of photos allowed to show detail. It is vintage, so of course there are a few things to be pointed out:
The scribble on the face is extremely light and I was told is the remnant of an autograph by the brother of Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes. Barely noticeable and would not even photograph very well.
There is a slight craze line on the back at the top as shown in photo. I don't know if if goes through to the wood or not.
Photo with the quarter shows the action at the 12th fret. It easily slides underneath, but there is no space. Note that it rests on the fret wire as well as touching the bottom of the string.
A few other light blemishes, as photographed, otherwise great. Any question as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
Payment method as stated.
Shipping/Handling as stated. I will only ship this to the lower United States.
Me, playing a sample of my song, "The Dave Shuffle".
