Vintage Guild M-85-II Bluesbird Electric Bass Guitar

Item Description:

This auction is for a Vintage Guild M-85-II Bluebird Electric Bass Guitar. 

Similar model as used by Cheryl Crow.

Received in trade at ARIZONA MUSIC in Prescott, AZ.

All parts are original, and it plays and sounds great.

Upon further examination, we discovered a headstock repair.

This was professionally doweled and then refinished.

The repair was professionally done, you have to look to find it.

 It's hardly noticeable, and looks like, (and is), a good job.

Our guitar tech Mario Amodeo went all over this bass and says:

"the repair is tight and will not be a problem, although the re-finish job was not the best"

The Basses back's finish has a whitish substance on it, (we don't know what this is).

Maybe from case wear?

Will come with flat wound strings on it.

It's set up and ready to play right out of the box.

The Guild M-85 bass was a short scale (30.5 ") instrument that came in
four colors,

Cherry, Walnut, Natual, and Black.

The M-85-I was a one pickup bass,
whilst the M-85-II had two.
